By accessing or using the Amara FZE website or engaging our web and app design/development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Amara FZE provides web and app design, development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
Client Responsibilities
Any delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and costs.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery.
- You are responsible for securing all rights to content, images, and materials you provide to us.
- You agree to review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property
- All original content, code, and designs created by Amara FZE remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you, except for third-party materials, open-source components, or our pre-existing assets.
- We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or project suspension.
Payments are processed through Creem. Amara FZE does not store card numbers or banking information — all payment data is handled directly by Creem.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are at our sole discretion and only considered for work not yet delivered. For disputed payments, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Amara Till Subscriptions
- Amara Till is sold as a monthly subscription at the price shown on the Amara Till page at the time of purchase, currently €19.95 per month after a 1-day free trial.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time. Your license stops working once the subscription is canceled or refunded.
- Each license is tied to the email address used at checkout and may not be shared or resold.
Limitation of Liability
- Amara FZE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Your use of our services is at your own risk.
Confidentiality
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law. You agree not to disclose our confidential information, including proposals, pricing, or proprietary methods.
Prohibited Activities
- You may not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary work without permission.
Governing Law
Amara FZE is based in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
